ACTIVote

ACTIVLINGUA effectively uses the Promethean ACTIVote interactive student response Solution.

You can stimulate and inspire your students to be active participants, by feeding back instantaneous assessments of their understanding or opinion.

ACTIVLINGUA includes sets of questions so you can test your students' understanding throughout the exercises and again at the end of modules where you can test a wider range of points.

You can introduce ad-hoc voting at any time to stimulate debate and discussion. The hand-held radio keypads turn all students into active participants. You can use voting to promote group participation by stimulating feedback during discussion or debates, spontaneous opinion gathering, and more formal tests.

You can use ACTIVstudio to present multimedia questions to the group, with up to six possible answers. You have the option of recording students' responses and whether or not to display the results. You can use the Question Master Wizard to quickly create new re-usable question sets.

ACTIVote has been designed for use with the 'radio ready' ACTIV board. However any board in the Promethean range can be upgraded to enable use with the voting system.
